Works have recently been completed on-site comprising extensions to and refurbishment of a modern house in Chilworth, Hampshire.
Temple Ford Design were appointed to undertake a full service including concept design and acquiring planning approval, the production of working drawings for tendering and construction as well as administering the contract for the works.
The works included an extension comprising a double garage with workshop & store, a wine store and utility. Also undertaken at the same time was an extension to the master bedroom to create a walk-in dressing area, projecting feature windows clad in coated metal to match the fascia's and a standing seam clad porch to the main entrance.
Externally, a new roof finished was applied after the installation of new insulation and remedial works to the structure, metal standing seam cladding to the fascia's throughout and new timber cladding to the walls.
Internally, an extensive refurbishment took place including decoration throughout and new rooflights to the bedrooms and roof lantern to the snug.
