NEW BUILD WAREHOUSE DEPOT

Temple Ford Design was appointed to prepare drawings and information necessary for the Technical Design Stage of this project.

The site is Council owned on which a building was demolished prior to works commencing. The new warehouse is divided to provide 3 generous units, each with their own amenity accommodation. There will also be a mezzanine level in two of the units to provide further storage and general use space.

The shell of the warehouse will comprise a steel frame, black insulated cladding panels to the walls and roof and a facing brick plinth to the perimeter with back-up block wall internally. Transparent Day-Light panels in the roof provide natural daylight into the units.
