We have successfully obtained planning permission from The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea for the replacement of single glazed timber windows with heritage double glazing and new hardwood frames.
The applicant site is a prominent Grade II listed end of terrace building on Queens Gate Terrace, Kensington. Designed in an Italian 'venetian Gothic' style by architect Charles Gray.
This application forms part of Temple Ford Designs wider instruction to oversee repair works to the building and protect its architectural and historic interest. A scaffolding and advertisement license was granted and has now been erected in preparation (more details on our portfolio).
