Temple Ford Design were instructed to prepare planning applications and instruct repair works / alterations to the grade II listed Italian 'Venetian Gothic' building on Queens Gate Terrace, Kensington.

To date the complete replacement of all windows to heritage double glazing with new hardwood frames has been secured. With a planning application to repair various decorative stonework elements, balustrading, and molding currently submitted.

 

Temple Ford Design were responsible for the application and granting of a scaffolding license with advertising on the prominent site.
