RESIDENTIAL EXTENSION

The existing property was a traditionally built, semi detached, 2-bedroom bungalow located in Winchester.

The client wanted the new extension to serve as a Sun-Room with direct access onto the rear garden. The space created now benefits from an abundance of natural light and provides a great connection to the outdoors via 2 sets of sliding folding doors, making the garden feel a part of the internal space.

A new driveway was also created with full width steps leading down to the main entrance.
