NEW BUILD RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
The development comprised of 2 new family dwellings, each with 4 bedrooms and off road parking. Planning permission was obtained by another practice and Temple Ford Design were appointed to prepare drawings for the Technical Design Stage.
Surrey is widely recognised as having a wealth of Arts and Crafts buildings and gardens designed by architects such as Edwin Lutyens, Charles Voysey, Baillie Scott and Hugh Thackeray Turner. The proposal took inspiration from this movement, to ensure that the new buildings were in keeping with the surrounding area.
