NEW BUILD LIBRARY

Temple Ford Design was appointed to prepare drawings for the Technical Design Stage of the project.

The works comprised a Library and Community Area at ground floor with residential flats above. The works had to take into account high levels of fire protection, sound transmission and thermal insulation.

The building itself comprised a steel frame with traditional cavity walls infill construction, finished externally with brickwork, fibre cement cladding and render.
