





GRADE II LISTED RESIDENTIAL BARN
As part of this project, the client wanted to link the main barn with an adjacent barn. As the property is Grade II Listed, the visual appearance of the site and the barns in general needed to be maintained.
To overcome this a basement link between the two was constructed. Sunken external courtyards were introduced along with walk-on rooflights to light up the underground spaces.
Along with the new basement link, the work included landscape design and internal modernisation of the property.
