GRADE II LISTED COTTAGE

Along with being Grade II Listed, the cottage also lies within the Broughton Conservation Area and as a result needed to be carefully considered in relation to it's context and appearance.

It was the ambition of the client to construct an extension to house a small study along with a WC as previously there wasn't one at ground floor.

​

Although this job was conservative in scale, materials and finishes had to be considered to both complement the design and ensure it sits comfortably against the historical cottage.
