GRADE II LISTED COTTAGE

The client for this project wanted remove an old conservation and fill in a section of patio that was rarely used. The single storey extension provides an open plan Kitchen/Dining space ideal for both hosting and day-to-day living.

The vaulted ceiling and high level ridge give the space an open feel, emphasised by the full width bi-fold doors opening onto the garden. The introduction of the exposed oak structure and trusses give it a traditional look and are a striking feature.
