GRADE II LISTED COACH HOUSE
This listed Coach House was situated adjacent to a larger Grade II Listed cottage and in a poor state, useful only as a storage space.
The client wished to fully convert it into a habitable space and act as accommodation ancillary to the main cottage. It was renovated throughout and fully insulated to comply with modern standards.
The end result was a modern double height, open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen space as you enter with adjoining Bathroom and Bedroom with a further Bedroom on the mezzanine above.
