A purpose built commercial property was constructed in Shaftesbury with the view for a local Veterinary Practice occupying it.

It is single storey building sited alongside an existing Enterprise Centre comprising an entrance, waiting and reception area leading to two consulting rooms and a laboratory with drugs storage. Also included was a prep room, operating theatre, kennel room and storage space the to rear.

Materials were chosen to match the Enterprise Centre; metal standing seam roof, through colour render to the walls and aluminium windows and doors to the openings.
