NEW BUILD CONVENIENCE SHOP

The existing small shop on this site was part a former petrol station with a canopy overhead. Adjacent to the shop, a garage workshop burnt down which had a knock on effect on the shop.

As part of these works the canopy was removed, the existing shop refurbished and an extension constructed to create a popular large convenience shop serving the local community.
